Cancellation Policy for US-Based Attendees
Cancellations received by/before June 1, 2024 will receive a full refund, less transactions fees of 7%.
Registrations cancelled between June 2* and July 2 will receive a 50% refund.
Registrations cancelled between July 3 and August 1 will receive a 25% refund.
No refunds will be issued after August 2.
*Authors scheduled to present at the conference are not eligible to receive a refund after June 15.
Cancellation Policy for International Attendees
Due to substantiated concerns about travel-visa fraud, we will not be issuing refunds to registrants outside of the United States. Please be 100% sure of your attendance, your travel plans, and paperwork prior to payment because we will not refund the sum for any reason.
